- You will receive an estimate of the total cost required to purchase your new home, including your estimated monthly payment.
- You will be provided with computerized market facts showing the present and past values of homes in the neighborhood where you are considering buying your new home.
- You will review and every document will be fully explained before you sign anything.
- You will be acquainted with the escrow process and follow it through with you until you take title to your new home.
- You will receive a list of inspectors, and meet them on-site to assess the condition of the home you are purchasing.
- I will perform a final walk-through inspection with you prior to closing escrow.
- You will be kept you fully informed and communicate with your escrow, lender and title company to facilitate a successful transaction.
- I will keep in touch with you after the sale.
